I don't understand architects... why would you spoil such an iconic design as the Battersea Power Station by building a monstruosity next to it? Oh yes, and of course with so-called 'affordable' flats (which would probably turn into luxury ones - mind you, it might be a bit too noisy down there for city b(w)ankers with planes flying low every 3 minutes and the non-stop barking from the dogs' home), restaurants (Nando's & Co?), shops (Topshop & Co?)...
Great idea to save this wonderful building from rotting away, but please respect Sir Giles Gilbert Scott's legacy.
